Today
Open the app to a short, focused list of what to pray for today, with a week of dots marking your rhythm. Tap once to mark a request prayed. Tap again if you didn't mean to.
Sursum is a quiet prayer companion for iPhone and iPad. It keeps your prayer requests and the people behind them in one place, and helps you come back to them each day.

Sursum doesn't try to be a devotional, a social network, or a habit tracker. It helps you remember people and keep praying for them.

Write down a request in a few words: for someone you love, for yourself, or a verse to keep close. Add a deadline for things like an interview on Saturday, and Sursum will remind you.
Keep a short profile for each person you pray for, with what they're carrying and notes from your last conversation. The person you haven't prayed for in the longest time comes first.
Give each day its own focus, like family on Sunday and church on Wednesday. Show everything on a schedule each time, or rotate through a long list one request at a time.
If you choose to, bring in birthdays and anniversaries from Contacts, and add the harder dates too. Sursum puts them on Today when they come around.
Praying and answered are different things. Mark a request answered when it's answered, and it moves to an archive you can look back on with thanks.
Write a short "I'm praying for you" message to someone and Sursum opens it in Messages. You read it over and send it yourself.
"Add a prayer request in Sursum." "Pray for Sarah in Sursum." Capture a request or mark someone prayed for without opening the app.
Your prayer list syncs between your iPhone and iPad through your own private iCloud account. There's no account to make and no server of ours in the middle.

What you pray for is between you and God. Sursum keeps your data on your devices and in your own private iCloud account, and we have no way to see it.
Sursum corda is one of the oldest lines in Christian worship: "Lift up your hearts." We hope Sursum helps you do that a little more often, for the people God has put in your life.
